The BEING V Series two-stage diaphragm vacuum pumps are suitable for handling corrosive gases and liquids in various applications, such as filtration, vacuum distillation, rotary evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid-phase extraction, and other applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and other industries.
The BEING V Series vacuum pumps have corrosion-resistant PTFE pump heads, FFPM valves, and a structured diaphragm with a PTPE coating. In addition, the electrical switches and pump shells have a corrosion-resistant coating, and circuit components are isolated, making the V Series pumps ideal not only for corrosive fluids and gases but corrosive environments as well.
By providing full solvent recovery, the BEING V series vacuum pumps eliminate the chance of dangerous, toxic, and harmful solvents and fumes polluting the working lab environment, keeping your employees and laboratory safe and healthy.
Noise pollution and vibration are kept to a minimum; the BEING V Series vacuum pumps produce less than or equal to 70dB. This low noise output is accomplished using an electric direct-drive power transmission with no intermediate parts, coupled with the diaphragm’s short stroke and low-noise characteristics.
There’s no need for regular cleaning, changeover, or to look for a water source since it is an oil-free dry pump, making the BEING V series diaphragm vacuum pumps easy to use and maintenance-free operation.
All BEING V Series are equipped with overheating protection that automatically shuts down the vacuum pump when the body temperature is too high, waits for the pump to cool then restarts to ensure the stability of the system work and security.
The BEING V Series diaphragm vacuum pumps require 110VAC, operate at 1450 RPM, are designed for continuous duty, and handle 5°C - 40°C fluid and ambient temperatures. They are available in 20L/min, 35L/min, and 65L/min flow capacities with an 8 mbar ultimate vacuum and come with a 2-year warranty.
